Suppliments allowed?

Post by Bo Saxon on Sun Jul 06, 2014 2:53 pm

I understand we're adopting the V:tR ruleset instead of MET and using the Blood and Smoke update, but what is allowed and disallowed in terms of character creation splats?

Long story short, because of how broad some of the rules changes get I'm not making any blanket statements regarding books outside Blood & Smoke or the GMC update at this time. I've got a few things I'll be converting, like a handful of bloodlines (including adjusting proprietary Disciplines and Devotions), but in general earlier stuff will be handled on a case by case basis.
I might at some point sit down and see what's viable out of the more recent supplements, like the newer clan books, but other than that I don't have anything set in stone at this time.

Thanks. The reason I ask is because I have access to a lot of the WoD splats so I thought I'd do some pre-shopping in regards to an interesting bloodline. No worries.  study

Oh, I totally understand. I've got more WoD books than I'll ever know what to do with. My bloodline list is about ready (still working on conversions) but I'm currently out of town for the next day or so. Even then, the bloodline list will only have a small sample of the sheer variety in the books. My criteria might be a little strict (which I'll explain when the time comes) but at the very least each clan will have at least two bloodlines available.
